With a responsivity peak of 0.160 A/W at 280 nm and a broad detection range from 221–358 nm, it ensures accurate ultraviolet measurement while providing excellent visible blindness for interference-free performance. Featuring a large 1 mm² active area, the SG01L-18 is optimised for applications requiring greater signal output, such as low-intensity UV monitoring or large-area exposure detection. The ultra-low dark current of 0.2 fA and capacitance of 120 pF balance noise reduction with reliable signal-to-noise ratios. Operating from −55 °C to +170 °C, it is ideal for long-term use in demanding environments.
